We can also help you manage your property. If you choose standard long term rental, we can find you a suitable renter. If you plan to use your property as a holiday rental, we can help you with short-term (monthly) furnished rentals.
Many of our clients are small individual investors looking for vacation homes and holiday flats, which can be used by the owner and rented on monthly term basis. There are a number of advantages of a short-term (monthly) rental compared to a standard long-term rental:
• Self use – flat can be used any time by the owner.
• Higher income – short-term rents are higher than standard rents.
• Liquidity – it is much easier to sell an empty flat than a rented one.
• Higher sales price – sales prices for empty flats are higher than for rented.
• Legal – once your flat is rented long-term it is not easy to get it back for self-use.
• Rental regulations – long-term rents fall under rent control regulation and rent tables.
